Mrs. Hernandez graduated from EDP University of Puerto Rico with her BSN and her Master in Family Nurse Practitioner from Miami Regional University.
A former tennis champion, Mrs. Hernandez enjoys playing tennis and reading books in her free time. She is also fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Jose E. Alvarez, MD is an Internist (Primary Care Doctor) in Tampa, FL. He specializes in Internal Medicine and Addiction (Substance Use Disorder), and has 30 years of experience. He graduated from LSU Med Sch and he is affiliated with Adventhealth Carrollwood and St. Joseph's Hospital.
